Payments
The basics
Here’s a rundown on paying for your order:
- We use Klarna checkout. So, you can pay for your order immediately or pay later with Klarna. The choice is yours.
- We accept Visa and Mastercard.
- We care about your data and security, which is why we’ve chosen a secure payment solution.
- Our prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. However, remember that shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Discount codes cannot be combined. You can only use one discount voucher per order.

Deliveries
The basics
Here’s what you need to know about shipping and delivery:
- We offer free standard delivery on all orders above NOK 400.
- We ship all orders from our warehouse in Norway, so you don’t have to pay any import tax or fees.
- In most cases, you can choose between Posten/Bring, PostNord, and Helthjem.
- We’ll pack and hand your package over to the courier within 1–3 days. You’ll get a notification.
- Once it’s with the courier, can expect your order within 3–6 days. Note that in some cases, it can take up to 12 days.

Refunds
The basics
Here’s a snapshot of how we handle returns and refunds:
- Once the order is delivered, you have 14 days to return it and request a refund.
- Make sure the item hasn’t been used or damaged, you have proof of purchase, and that you pack it carefully in its original packaging.
- You’re responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in Norway.
- We’ll refund you within 14 days after we get the returned item back. We’ll use the same payment method you used for the order.
